This shot was the first piece of yours that I saw and my first thought was "DANG that is amazing".  So much emotion in this and very true to character.  The real fire just adds to it.  Bravo man

Understandably. It's really refreshing to see someone working with... well... PHYSICAL special effects, rather than just saying "We'll add fire in post".

I'm a photographer myself (though not nearly at your calibre), and would love to see a before/after version of one of these shots. I can understand not wanting to give away all your secrets to the public; maybe you could make one available privately for me?

I love reverse engineering the setup and lighting in photos, and the fire really adds something to to the mix.

I absolutely love the amount of details that you put in your work! aka the background. Something a lot of people don't put too much thought into but it makes a huge impact on a picture!
